Sunder Nursery is a heritage park located in New Delhi. It is situation adjacent to Humayun\u2019s Tomb. Interestingly, earlier in 16th<\/sup>century, this park was actually a Mughal garden. Moreover, Sunder Nursery was then known as \u201cAzim Bagh\u201d when it was established. It is a 90 acre park which was turned into a plant nursery by the British in 20th<\/sup> century. Now, it has both ecological areas and monuments from Mughal era. This restoration of the place was done by Aga Khan Trust for Culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Interestingly, this nursery is the home to 80 species of birds and more than 300 species of trees. You can also find 60 different species of butterflies.
